If you are looking for a gorgeous, stout well-made mare, to enjoy, Tootsie is your lady! Tootsie is a 6 year old APHA registered gorgeous red roan overo mare, that stands 14.3 hh and is as quiet and gentle as they come! Tootsie loves attention and always enjoys being loved on. She’s been trail ridden a bunch and will go everywhere she is pointed out on the trails, we’ve checked cattle in the pasture with her and she rides very well in the arena too! She has a nice walk, trots nice, lopes nice circles, takes her leads, backs up and neck reins nicely! Out on the trail she crosses water, goes up and down the hills, through the mud/muck, over the logs, rides out alone or does well in a group! She is an absolute sweetheart and is a joy to have around! Tootsie stands to be brushed, saddled, bridled and stands to be mounted. She is easy to catch, stands tied, loads, stands great for a bath, stands excellent for the farrier and veterinarian, is good in a stall or pastures well with other horses! Tootsie is one of those hard to find quiet level headed horse’s and is young enough to do any job required of her- be shown in 4-H or just be one of the prettiest horses out on the trail! 100% sound.
