Meet Sunday’s Surprise, a registered Rocky Mountain Mare foaled on August 3, 2015. Sunday is a stunning, stocky-built mare standing 14.3hh, with striking dapples and a flowing snow-white mane and tail. This exceptional mare has everything you could ask for in one package beautiful gait, gentle disposition, and an easygoing demeanor. She is truly suitable for any rider. Just this past weekend, a beginner rider enjoyed a trail ride on Sunday with nearly 200 other riders, and she took excellent care of him every step of the way. Sunday has been exposed to a wide variety of scenarios, including tarps, leaf blowers, chainsaws, moving objects, gunfire, dogs, wildlife, steep embankments, and large creeks and rivers. No matter the situation, she remains the same steady and reliable mare. She rides out perfectly, whether alone or in a large group, and settles in effortlessly wherever she is placed. Turned out with multiple horses, Sunday is not mare-ish in behavior. She is easy to catch, bathe, clip, and shoe.
